Official data and third-party rights
Economic, portfolio and historical-market observations come from third parties and may be revised, delayed, unavailable, inaccurate, or subject to separate copyright, reuse and attribution conditions. Originating sources and FRED/ALFRED access are identified where applicable. Always verify an important release or historical claim at its source.
No warranty or guaranteed availability
The website and its data are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation, to the extent permitted by law.

Apart from third-party and public-source material, which stays governed by its own terms and licences, the original OV Markets software, site design, and the selection, arrangement and presentation of what you see here remain the property of OV Markets. Reading, personal use, and ordinary informational use are welcome. Substantially reproducing or redistributing the site’s code or presentation, or scraping it or its APIs in order to republish the service or its output at scale, is not permitted without permission. These terms do not make public economic data proprietary, and they do not by themselves prevent copying — they set out what is and is not allowed.
